How Do I Record Monies Received For Babysitting In Quickbooks Pro 2007?
My husband owns a small business (incorporated) and i do babysitting on the side for extra cash. All the financial data is being recorded in Quickbooks Pro 2007, but I’m not sure how to record the monies I receive for babysitting. In his business, I invoice customers and record payments received. Do i invoice my customers for payments received for babysitting? Is it categorized under job income?

If his business is incorporated you would not even put your money in his books. The way you could do it if you needed is enter it as Owner Investment and do the deposit using your Equity account
