Cana You Help Me With This Quickbooks Problem I’v Having?
Every time i sign in as my own user name in my computer seems like my computer is not updated with the most recent bill i’ve enterd or transactions like check we’ve made out these past 6 mohts.When i quick report sutff from a few months back it doesn’t come up but if i log in in another computer as a different usernae it’s up do date not like the information has been deleted or anything. I contacted support yesteday but- they were jerks and wouldn’t help me unless we paid the support fee $75 which is a lot for a simple little thing to do. I’ve restarted my computer already removed QB from my computer and re-installed it and updated it in case it needed to be updated. What else can i do?? why is it not working?

When you are in the file that is MOST up to date, hit the F2 key on the keyboard. This will open an information screen. On the left side, you will see the file path (something like C:ProgramFilesQuickBooks2006MyCompany… Go to your pc and navigate to that file location.
*Hint* You may find that file location by going to File>Open Previous Company and looking for the correct path.
QuickBooks files do not synch. Multiple users access the same file.

this sounds like they’re are 2 copies somewhere and they’re not synched.

Copies of QB, do not synch.
You do not sound capable of fixing this problem, so please call a computer professional to assist you with this.
