What Is Harder; Financial Accounting Or Managerial Accounting?
Many people tell me Financial is harder but today another friend said Managerial. Which one is more complex or requires more study time. Thanks.

It depends on where you interests lie. If you like credits, debits and T-accounts, then you’ll like financial accounting…if not, you’ll probably (like me) love managerial accounting which deals with solving complex management probems.

They’re both pretty much the same.

It is going to depend on you as a student. One is going to be more difficult as compared to the other varying on the person. I had more trouble with managerial. Study, go to class, and do your work and you will be fine.

well im taking financial accounting rite now and it is taking a lot out of me. I’ve heard people also say that it is tougher than managerial, so i guess managerial is tougher. But it really depends on the person, some might find one easier than the other.

Whichever one you take first. Normally this is financial accounting. Accounting is tough to pick up at first so the first on you take will have the higher learning curve because of what you have to learn to get started.
