How Do Financial Companies In London Hire Candidates?
Do hiring managers for Financial companies in London use recruitment agencies, internal recruiters, referrals? Just wondering if anyone could point me to any articles, or even your opinion.

Graduate entry was done through application forms, phone interviews and assessment days. After that it was pretty much all agencies. There was usually an employee referral scheme that meant you got paid an amount if you put forwward a friend and they got the job, assuming that they stayed 6 months.
