Why Didn’t All Of My Customers Upload To My New Quickbooks Program?

My company is switching over to a newer manufacturing premier edition of Quickbooks. When we uploaded my customers to the new edition, only some of them appear. They stop after “P”. When we tried to create new customers for the others, we couldn’t because quickbooks said they already existed. I don’t know much about this stuff. Can anyone lend any expertise to the subject please?

How Can I See The Total Sells On Quickbooks 2004?

Yeah, I want to know how can I see the total sells on QuickBooks 2004, the total sells of the past week, past month or past year. I don’t really care if I see each item’s total profit, I want to see the total amount of money I made.

How Do I Adjust The Check Printing On Quickbooks Pro?

My company just started using Quickbooks Pro and we are running our first set of checks. For some reason, the printer we normally use to print checks won’t print them correctly. It keeps printing them in the middle of the page instead of a left alignment. I’ve followed all the instructions but it won’t do anything. Any advice?

How Can I Remove Checks From Quickbooks List That Haven’t Been Reconciled Without Screwing Up My Reports?

For the first 2 years I had Quickbooks I didn’t reconcile my checkbook or credit cards in the program, now when I do those reconcilations all of those checks, deposits, and credit transactions show up. Ist there a way to hide them without screwing up my records?

It seems that the professional edition has everything you need to do payroll – am I wrong?

Quickbooks….help?

I am soooo frustrated with this program! I own a 99 cents store and all I want to do is imput my gross sales into this program! and It wont let me!!!!! I alreadt have an account set up for Daily Totals but this is from banking purposes only and I would like to track all the cash flow into the business!!!!!! PLease Help

chart of accounts

I have a company with a very extensive chart of accounts – hundreds. I have restructured one company into three. I want to add a common digit to the beginning of each account number without re-keying all these accounts. Can I export the account numbers, append the leading digit and re-import the account numbers?

How Do I Stop Quickbooks From Changing My Default Printer?

Every time I print a check from Quickbooks it changes my default printer to it’s PDF printer. I have to go into my printer settings and reset them every time I exit Quickbooks. I have searched their forums, and asked my question there and recieved no repsonse. Any ideas?
