I have old bills showing in my bills to pay window, that WERE paid, but not through quickbooks (for example, paid over the phone with a credit card without checking off the bills in the pay bills window). How can I clear these out?

I have a friend who has ADHD, doesn’t handle money well, and is in considerable debt. He has tried Quicken (and other software), autopay programs, Dave Ramsey, etc. but says he wants to completely turn over his finances to someone else to manage paying his bills for him.
He has spoken with a few CPAs who have told him such a service does not exist for people who don’t make a lot of money (he’s a sales rep, so he does OK in terms of income). Some people just create a basic budget, set up autopay of monthly bills, and pay the rest as they come in, but mentally, this is too overwhelming for him and he really needs help. Does such a service exist? If so, how does he find someone reliable and safe?
Please do not bother to list software to track budgeting (that didn’t work for him). He wants a completely hands-off approach. Any ideas?

An acquaintance of mine has a service business and uses Quickbooks to create and track all AP and AR. There really is no database outside of many large excel spreadsheets. He is considering using IRM database because it will interface well with Quickbooks. Can Access interface with quickbooks? Can Access perform AR and AP functions and create necessary invoices and statements to send to clients? Can Access track payables and receivables via queries?

I go to the local hardware store to pick up supplies for repairs via an account i have with them. I get a reciept on that days purchase but dont pay the bill till the end of the month. I need to know how to enter all the receipts in quickbooks and then pay them in 1 shot at the end of the month. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I used to use Bank of America’s Online Bill Pay with Quicken. I realize Quicken has its own Online Bill Pay that costs $9.99 a month, but I was able to go through Bank of America’s free service via my Quicken software. I was wondering if you can do the same with Washington Mutual’s free service via Quicken. If so, how?

I accidentally paid a bill in full with a credit card on QB, and then deleted the bill… now there is a big credit on that vendor. How do I void that payment?

We are medium sized company and we want our cutomers to be able to pay there bill through our website. I need some advice from anyone who has experience of this. I see that Qbs have a solution for this but we have experience of th Qbs SDK and would like to do it ourselves. Also Merchant accounts anyone have any recomendations??

I use Paytrust billing service but I’d like to synchronize my bills into Quicken 2007. However Paytrust does not seem to support QFX. Any advice?
