Completely . Computer . Erase . From . Quickbooks . Your
1.There was a bootleg, quickbooks on this computer at first.
2. I deleted the program through add and remove and also by typeing Intuit and quickbooks from REGEDIT.
3. I deleted all entry’s and even hit a ccleaner on registry files, and installed the new copy of quickbooks.
4. HOw is the old information still on it?

For the first 2 years I had Quickbooks I didn’t reconcile my checkbook or credit cards in the program, now when I do those reconcilations all of those checks, deposits, and credit transactions show up. Ist there a way to hide them without screwing up my records?

Between . Difference . From . Payroll . Professional . Quickbooks . That . What's
Can I do payroll from Quickbooks Professional? What’s the difference between that and Quickbooks Payroll?
It seems that the professional edition has everything you need to do payroll – am I wrong?
Also, on additional note, do I need any other Quicken software other then professional services for a law firm?

Hi everyone, My accountant wants to use gotomypc.com because he cannot come to my home office and check my quickbooks file weekly. so he tells me that we can use this service and he can work the quickbooks file from his home, anyway from what i understand when I give him access to my quickbooks file, he will basically have access to all of my computer files, family photos etc…
I called gotomypc.com and they did tell me that he will have access to all of my pc…and I am unsure of this, do you guys know of a way where maybe i can send him a quickbooks portable file and he could update it and then send it to me and i can upload it to my quickbooks? he tells me that by going to that website he can update everything and not have to use portable files..This is a new accountant so of course i am weiry about giving him full access to my pc. any advice would be appreciated.

Downgrade . Enterprise . From . Quickbooks
I am worried that my company file wont open if I downgrade to a less sophisticated version of Quickbooks like Quickbooks Pro. What will happen? I am assuming I cant open an Enterprise Quickbooks file with a lower version of the program and I am worried I might lose everything. Please help!

If it has any transactions, you cannot delete the account, only make in “inactive”. Once done, it doesnt “appear” any more…
Every time I print a check from Quickbooks it changes my default printer to it’s PDF printer. I have to go into my printer settings and reset them every time I exit Quickbooks. I have searched their forums, and asked my question there and recieved no repsonse. Any ideas?
