What’s A Good, Not-too-expensive Financial Software For Managing Church Financial Stuffs?

I’m looking for a commercial desktop financial software in a box that can be commonly found enywhere.
Is Quickbook good? If it is, then what version is sufficient (Basic or more advanced ones)?
How about Quicken? Or PeachTree?
Basically a church only needs account payable; account receivable (from offerring); keeping customers (who are church members), printing check for payroll, etc; trial balance; general ledger; and printing various reports; etc.
Would you also give the approximate price?

i looked at quicken 2008 and it looks kind of confusing. is there another type of software that will connect to my bank account and download transactions and give me a graph of where my money is being spent and allow me to pay my bills from it, etc.

Is Upgrading The Processor On My New Pc A Good Investment?

I’m about to buy a new desktop PC for my very small business. I expect to keep it for 2-3 years, running standard business programs like Outlook, Word, Explorer, Excel, Quickbooks, etc.
The base-level processor on the model I’m buying is the Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E7500 w/ VT (2.93GHz, 3M, L2Cache, 1066FSB). I can upgrade to E8400 w/VT (3.0GHz, 6M, L2Cache, 1333FSB) for $100 or E8500 w/VT (3.16GHz, 6M, L2Cache, 1333FSB) for $150.
Can I expect a significant boost in performance if I pay for the upgrade? Thanks.
