How Do I Legally Offer Personal Finance Consultations Without A Formal (accounting) Degree/background?

I only want to provide debt payoff, timely bill payment, and budget adherence information, in which the first matter is customized to the client. The latter two matters are simply universally applicable processes to follow. I would provide NO information on investing. I just feel that such a 1:1 consultation would help so many people get their finances in order–but of course I would need to have them sign a document that says what I provide them are only guidelines and not a sure-fire formula for success.

How Do I Legally Transfer Quick Books Company Information And Operating To Buyer Of Company?

We have sold our business. The new buyer wants to use our Quickbooks. Do I close out exsisting info and create new info for them? They want the complete old customer lists but do they have a right to have all other info stored in quickbooks from when we were the owners?

Is There A Way To Legally Obtain An Aging Grandparents Financial Records With Out A Power Of Attorney?

I’m specifically looking for information that pertains to Indiana & Ohio (he might have some account in Cincinnati). My grandfather’s health is declining, and none of us (including our grandmother) have any inkling as to his financial history, records etc. We don’t even know if he has a will. Short of getting a power of attorney, is there a way we can get this information? We just want to make sure he doesn’t go into debt because of his declining health.
