Been . Checks . From . Haven't . List . Quickbooks . Reconciled . Remove . That . Without
For the first 2 years I had Quickbooks I didn’t reconcile my checkbook or credit cards in the program, now when I do those reconcilations all of those checks, deposits, and credit transactions show up. Ist there a way to hide them without screwing up my records?

Contractor . Gross . Income . Independent . List . Make . Receipts . Schedule. . Will
I am trying to get Quicken to accurately list the income I make as an independent contractor and I believe the problem is that Quicken is NOT putting my Gross Pay in line 1, part 1 of Schedule C. Since I will get a 1099, won’t the my income I am making go in line 1, part 1?
I have a list of names that I need to pair addresses to and many of our clients names we do not have addresses for (due to bad record keeping). Is there any place I can download a phone book so that I could automate the process of taking the names from one list and pairing them with the address matching the names of the phone book. I have the automation down, I just need a list of addresses.

I believe I saw in a book (probably a US News College Rankings) that had a list of schools that cover the most percentage of college costs because of need-based aid. Is there a list where I can see the colleges that give most financial aid and the percentages?

Or will it leave those alone and simply not use it in the future? I ask because I use a 3rd party software to create invoices in (to keep some people out of the books!) and then it sends it to quickbooks. I just upgraded to QB pro, 2008, and they changed the way sales tax is figured in it to where it defaults to the state tax item rather than just have the ability to use the precalc option like my old version had. because of this, its not letting my 3rd party software send the invoices to quickbooks anymore. When I called the 3rd party software people, he said that some other people had that problem after the upgrade and the way they were told to solve it was delete the state tax item and then it would default to precalc. My question is will that effect invoices that used that state tax item in the past? I tried to just make it inactive but that didnt work. Please help!
