How Do You Quicken Your Metabolism?
I wish I could to give a short and comprehensive answer to this question. But I believe it´s impossible.
Metabolism is so different with each individual that there can´t be general rules how to influence it.
You may need to clean the body from toxins first, then adopt new diet and new eating habits. Perhaps a hole new approach to food/beverage.
Metabolism (exchange of chemical materials within an organism) is there to “keep you alive and healthy” so to say.
In shortest, try to use natural food (avoid pre-fabricated food), good fat sources (olive oil and butter), sugar free beverage, A LOTS OF FRUITS, eat smaller amounts of food and keep moving (avoid long sitting). Good long walk is basically enough if you have no time for sports.
