Could I Get A Decent Entry Level Accounting Job With Only Certificate, But Bs In Another Major?

With the current job market, Im considering pursuing a certificate in Accounting to get a decent entry level Accounting job (maybe bookkeeping?) I received a BS in Business Admin w/ emphasis in M.I.S.
I know usually a certificate wont do, but would my BS make it more desirable or increases my chances? Or decent acct. jobs are only for people w/ Associates degree and above in accounting?

Why Do I Have To Take These Complicated Math Classes For Accounting When Accounting Is Only Basic Arithmetic?

Seems like to me it’s just a way to get rid of the “weak” students maybe I don’t know. A lot of people have probably been turned away from majoring in business just because of the ridiculous levels of math they make you take.

It is only in Quickbooks 2006, everything else prints fine. Have the settings at what they should be.

In Quickbooks, I Can Only Access Vendors, Customers, Employees With Names A-s. I Can’t Get T-z, Please Help???

I am taking over a/p, and when vendors call and ask questions, it is very difficult to see any info when they are not on the screen. I have tried everything, and thik it’s my computer. I accessed my user name on another workstation and I saw what I was looking for.
Has anyone had a problem or had anything like this??? Please help if you do, thanks

I am writing a business plan for a loan. I am a sell insurance and I am trying to buy my customers from my boss. I only need to pay myself a percent of monthly revenues after monthly expenses, so I am looking for the term for this.

Does The Indirect Method Of Accounting Deal With Not Only Cash Even Though It Is A Cash Flow Statement?

Why do things like accounts payable and change in prepaid rent, inventory, and receivables show up in the statement of cash flows under the indirect method? Aren’t only quantities involving a direct transfer of cash supposed to be listed? Aren’t cash flow statements only supposed to list cold, hard, cash transactions, or can they include accrued items as well?

I Need Quickbooks On Another Computer But Only Have 1 Cd And I Get Errors When I Try. What Do I Do?

I just got a new computer and I’m trying to move all my Quickbooks files and program onto it from my old one. I tried installing Quickbooks from the CD onto the new computer but it gives me an error and i think it may have to do with the license number being in use but I could be wrong. I tried sharing the folder and i can access it but it won’t open either. I would just backup my files then delete it from the old one and install onto the new one but it has problems verifying data integrity and i don’t want to take the chance that it’s another problem instead and lose all my information.
