For Personal Financial Management Computer Programs, Are There Ones That Address Debt Repayment?

Money management software like Quicken have lots of helpful features but they don’t list anything about repaying debt. I am sure another feature could be used, but it would be nice if there was a program that had that specific feature.
BTW I mean the kind of debt that you don’t get bills for, or ones that you can repay at your own pace…

How Do I Legally Offer Personal Finance Consultations Without A Formal (accounting) Degree/background?

I only want to provide debt payoff, timely bill payment, and budget adherence information, in which the first matter is customized to the client. The latter two matters are simply universally applicable processes to follow. I would provide NO information on investing. I just feel that such a 1:1 consultation would help so many people get their finances in order–but of course I would need to have them sign a document that says what I provide them are only guidelines and not a sure-fire formula for success.

I’ve been using Microsoft Money 2003, but it’s not always been reliable and has had some bugs. I’ve tried Quicken before, but didn’t like it. Is there anything else available that’s good?
I’m located in Canada, so one that would allow for Canadian taxes etc would be ideal.

I Use My Personal Bank Account For My Business Often (even Though I Have A Business Account)?

…How do I record those expenses from a personal account for business use in QuickBooks Simple Start? Should I add a new bank account, or record everything in my business checking register and just indicate it was owners equity? I normally track all personal account business expenses with an excel spreadsheet-so I have two sets of books–which is confusing at times. How should I correct this?

Can I Use Quickbooks Pro 2008 For Personal Cash Budget As Well?

I use QuickBooks Pro 2008 for my merchendise sales and I would like to use it as my personal use as well. Like if I have cash on me I can put that in and when I spend I put that in as well. Can I do that? And if I can, then how? Don’t tell me to read the book unless you have a sertain page I can read because that book is a big book and I can’t find anything.
